Google had me. Well for at least 30 seconds until an image of mother and her son pushing a wire through their toilet sudden help me remember that today was April 1st (aka: April Fool’s Day).
So I’m logging in at 12:10 AM PST and read “New! Get FREE breakthrough broadbrand with Google TiSP (BETA)”. “Nice”, I think to myself as the cable bill starts to melt away from my expense list (NOT). So I click the link and read on.

“Introducing Google TiSP (BETA), our new FREE in-home wireless broadband service. Sign up today and we’ll send you your TiSP self-installation kit, which includes setup guide, fiber-optic cable, spindle, wireless router and installation CD.”
Sounds harmless enough……..(continue…)

“Google TiSP (BETA) is a fully functional, end-to-end system that provides in-home wireless access by connecting your commode-based TiSP wireless router to one of thousands of TiSP Access Nodes via fiber-optic cable strung through your local municipal sewage lines.”
Google got me. Brilliant - I love it! Can’t wait to see what they’ll do next year!
Here’s the link for as long as it will stay up: http://www.google.com/tisp/install.html
Too funny!
